Barns
Two Barns with a total of 24 stalls, and 2 foaling stalls have paddock access. An artesian fed automatic watering system, hot/cold wash rack and a reserve water tank are included. There is a lounge with cooking facilities, a fully outfitted shop, and a barn apartment with full bath. A large hayloft, and an indoor breaking arena are also included. Two equipment sheds with 9 parking bays, a two trailer garage, and manure bunker are all protected by a video security system and the front gate.		  

Training Track
The 5/8 mile training track has an interior pasture.

The property includes five paddocks and a 60' Round Pen that stands 6' high with 7 boards.
