The grounds of the 46 acre ranch are surrounded by 1.5 miles of woodland riding trails and many more miles of trails nearby. An artesian spring provides water for the entire property. There is a stream that winds its way through the facility, and two ponds that also occupy the grounds. The ranch also boasts a peak-a-boo view of Mount Rainer, and is near Lake Retreat Natl. Park.
