Rein Fire Ranch is uniquely suited for many different style of events, and with our experienced onsite event producers, in combination with our exceptional partners, we will work as a team to bring your specific event or occasion to life. Available in three different time blocks of use, we are also able to create a custom quote to fit most any experience you are looking for.

(150+ Guests will be charged an additional $250, which does include an additional standard portable restroom)

Base Rental Package Includes:

• Use of garden & pavilion, firepit, cabana bar, barn meadow & long meadow.
• 50′ x 80′ Event Barn (comfortable max occupany: 200)
• 25 – 60″ Round Tables (seating for 160 guests)
• 10 – 6′ Banquet Tables
• 2 – 30″ Hi/Lo Cocktail tables
• 200  White Garden Folding Chairs
• Ranch Planning Coordinator
• 2 Ranch Parking Attendants during guest arrivals
• 2 ADA Portable Restrooms & Handwash station (upgrades avail through Royal Restrooms)
• Plenty of onsite parking
• Set-Up & Tear-Down Service (tables, chairs, waste & recycle, all of which we handle onsite)
• Campfire Service

Time Frame

* 12, 6 or 3 hour rental period, including time for you decorating/deliveries and clean up, occurring between the hours of 10am-10pm (amplified music ending at 9pm).

• 2 x One hour planning meetings prior to event.

Reservation of Date Retainer

50% of the base rental fee [which is Non-Refundable].  The balance of the base rental fee, in addition to a $300 Refundable Dmg & Incdntl Deposit is due 90 days prior to the event.

Catering

We have an excellent selection of caterers on our preferred catering list for you to select from.

Alcohol

We do allow alcohol, which you can bring in yourself by securing a banquet permit, hiring a licensed bartending team from our list on our RFR Partners Page and purchasing event insurance through TheEventhelper.com.
If you plan to host a cash bar, please inquire the process with the Ranch Planning Manager.
