We are currently taking bookings for the 2019, 2020 and 2021 seasons.  We also offer Elopement Package options for weddings of 50 guests or less, booked less than a year in advance and for rental periods shorter than the full 12 hours. Please email us directly for details and availability

(175+ Guests will be charged an additional $250, which does include an additional standard portable restroom. Mondays of Holiday Weekends rented at Sunday Rate)

Use of outdoor ranch areas, including Barn Meadow, Garden & Pavilion, Cabana, Campfire Pit & general use areas.

Ceremony Garden & Pavilion, Cabana Bonfire Pit & general use areas.
Set-Up & Tear Down Service
(tables, chairs, ceremony, chair transition & breakdown)
Waste & Recycle Service (we keep all onsite)
Purified Water Service for Wedding Party & Guests (reducing the need for single serve plastic bottles)
Campfire Service (we supply the wood, set-up and maintaining)
Ranch Planning Coordinator (assists from a venue standpoint throughout the process)

2560” Round Banquet Tables (seats 8-9 people, table space for 200-225 guests)

Time Frame Includes

 

  • 12 hour rental period, including time for your decorating/deliveries and clean up, occurring between the hours of 10am-10pm (amplified music ending at 9pm)
  • Planning meetings at the ranch with You, Your Crew & the Ranch Planning Coordinator
  • 1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal will be available within the week prior to your ceremony on a space available basis and during our normal business hours.
  • 2 hours set aside for your an Engagement Photo Session, if you like.

Reservation of Date Retainer

At Contract Signing  – 30% of the base rental fee [$750 of which is Non-Refundable]
9 Months prior to wedding – 30% of the base rental fee
90 Days prior to wedding – Balance of base rental fee + taxes, in addition to a
$250 Refundable Dmg & Incdntl Deposit

 

Entertainment

We have an amazing Required DJ/MC’s on our Partners Page.

 

Catering

We have an Open Door Catering policy, allowing you to bring in whomever you would like, though we do have some great recommendations on our vendors page.

 

Alcohol

You are able to bring in your own alcohol, or it can be coordinated by your caterer.
We require:
Bartending Staff selected from our list of bartenders on our partners page.<
Banquet Permit

 

Insurance

Event Insurance with Host Liquor Liability is required and to be coordinated through TheEventhelper.com. Generally costs around $1/person, minimum of $95.
